Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026 · Version 1.0

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with AutoFeed, provided by AG IT-Solutions ("AGITS"). It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user, every Workspace and all content created, uploaded, generated or published through the Service, including AI Output.

The basic rule: use AutoFeed to communicate honestly and lawfully on behalf of a real business.

1. Illegal and harmful content

You may not use the Service to create, store or publish content that:

  • is illegal under Belgian or EU law or the law of the country where it is published;
  • sexually exploits or endangers minors, in any form. We report such content to the competent authorities;
  • incites violence, hatred or discrimination based on race, colour, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age or any other protected characteristic;
  • promotes terrorism or violent extremism;
  • harasses, threatens, bullies, stalks or doxes anyone;
  • promotes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
  • contains sexually explicit material;
  • offers or promotes illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit products or gambling without the required licence;
  • violates someone's privacy, including publishing personal data without a legal basis.

2. Spam and platform manipulation

You may not:

  • send or publish unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive or near-identical posts across many accounts, or engagement bait;
  • artificially inflate likes, followers, comments, views or other metrics, or take part in engagement pods, follow/unfollow schemes or purchased engagement;
  • operate fake, impersonating or inauthentic accounts, or coordinate inauthentic behaviour;
  • create Accounts, Workspaces or social media accounts in bulk or by automated means, or use multiple free Accounts to circumvent Plan limits;
  • use scripts, bots or scrapers to access the Service other than through features we offer.

3. Misleading content

You may not publish content that:

  • is deceptive or misleading about products, prices, origin, qualities or results, or otherwise breaches consumer protection and advertising rules (including Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law);
  • hides that it is advertising or sponsored content. Clearly disclose paid partnerships, gifted products and affiliate links (for example with "#ad" or the platform's paid-partnership label);
  • contains fake reviews or testimonials;
  • spreads disinformation that may cause public harm, such as false health claims or manipulated information about elections;
  • impersonates a person, brand or organisation, or falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.

4. Intellectual property and third-party rights

You may only use content you own or have permission to use. You may not:

  • upload or publish images, videos, music, logos, texts or fonts that infringe copyright, trademarks, design rights or other rights of third parties;
  • use stock photos in breach of their licence (check the licence and give attribution where required);
  • import another company's brand (logo, colours, fonts) to pass yourself off as that company;
  • remove or alter copyright notices or watermarks without permission.

We respond to notices of alleged infringement sent to hello@agits.be. Include the work concerned, the location in the Service or the published post, and your contact details.

5. Instagram and Facebook rules

Every Channel you connect must be used in accordance with:

  • the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines;
  • the Facebook Terms of Service and Meta Community Standards;
  • Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies and Branded Content Policies;
  • Meta's advertising policies, where relevant.

You may only connect accounts and pages you are authorised to manage. Violations reported by Meta, or which put our access to Meta's platforms at risk, may lead to immediate suspension.

6. AI features

When you use AI to generate or edit text and images:

  • Review before publishing. You are responsible for all AI Output you publish, also when it is published automatically because you enabled automatic publishing. Check facts, claims, names, prices and legal statements.
  • No deepfakes without consent. You may not generate or edit images of a real, identifiable person — including their face, body or voice-like likeness — in a way that makes them appear to say or do something they did not, without that person's explicit consent. Never create such content of public figures to mislead, of minors, or of any sexual nature.
  • Label realistic synthetic content. If an AI-generated or substantially AI-edited image looks realistic and could be mistaken for a real photo of real people, places or events, label it as AI-generated (for example using the platform's "AI info" label or a caption note). Respect Meta's rules on AI-generated content labelling.
  • No harmful generations. Do not try to generate content prohibited by this AUP or to bypass the safety filters of the AI models (prompt injection, jailbreaks).
  • Respect third-party rights. Do not prompt the AI to imitate protected logos, characters or trademarks, or to reproduce copyrighted works.
  • No misleading product images. AI images must not misrepresent the actual product, service or result you sell.

7. Security and integrity of the Service

You may not:

  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission (responsible disclosure: report findings to security@agits.be and do not access other customers' data);
  • bypass authentication, access controls, Plan limits or rate limits;
  • upload malware or harmful code;
  • overload the Service or interfere with its operation;
  • reverse-engineer the Service, or resell or sublicense access without an Agency agreement;
  • share Account credentials; each person should use their own Account and be invited as a Member.

8. Enforcement

If we become aware of a (suspected) violation, we may, depending on its seriousness:

  • remove or disable access to content, or cancel scheduled posts;
  • warn you and ask you to remedy the violation;
  • limit features or suspend the Workspace or Account;
  • terminate the Account in accordance with the Terms;
  • report illegal content or activity to the competent authorities or the platform concerned.

We will act proportionately, give reasons and, where reasonably possible, give you the opportunity to respond. If you believe we made a mistake, contact support@agits.be.

9. Reporting abuse

Report content or behaviour that breaches this AUP to hello@agits.be, with as much detail as possible. Security issues go to security@agits.be.

10. Language

This policy is available in English and Dutch. Both language versions are equally authoritative.
