Sub-processors

AG IT-Solutions ("AGITS") uses the service providers below to deliver AutoFeed. Each of them processes personal data only on our instructions and under a written agreement with data protection obligations equivalent to those in our Data Processing Agreement.
Our primary data location is the European Union: AWS region eu-west-1 (Ireland).

Internal platform
AI requests are orchestrated by AGITS Agentic, AGITS's own agent platform. It is operated by AG IT-Solutions itself and runs in the same AWS EU region (eu-west-1, Ireland). It is not a third-party sub-processor.
Not sub-processors: platforms you connect
When you connect Instagram or Facebook, the content you publish and the data you retrieve are exchanged with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd at your instruction. Meta acts as an independent controller for data on its platforms, under its own terms and privacy policy. Meta is therefore not our sub-processor.
The same applies to the public website you ask us to read for brand import: we fetch only publicly available information from it.
Changes to this list
We notify customers of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor at least 30 days in advance, by email to the Workspace owner and by updating this page. Customers may object as described in our Data Processing Agreement. Want to receive notices at a different address? Email privacy@agits.be.
